I enjoyed being able to see the city skyline from the balcony. The room was very clean. However there was no place to get anything to eat nearby. A small shop in a large hotel would be an added bonus for the clients. Otherwise the location was great.

Rich breakfast and exceptionally nice staff!!!
High quality hotel with airy rooms and lovely view of Hamburgs skyline. Particularly good location very close to public transport and supermarket as well as the closest supermarket in a very quiet area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof.

Location: top!. Not even 10 minutes walk to U-Bahn station Hammer Kirche. Busstop is closer, but does not run after 8.00 pm back from the city to the hotel. 10 minutes with U-Bahn and you are in the city. Spacious adn silent apartment, equipped with microwave, fridge, watercooker, cups. Clean!. Perfect beds! The lady receptionist was very helpful, gave all info on public transport and told where to find the Christmas markets. For this low price (69,00 for the room) super quality!
Could have placed teabags in the room to use the watercooker and cups. Just for info: the hotel is located in a industrael area, so not very inviting for a stroll. But this is of no bother when you want to visit Hamburg city.

- Far from city center - located in "red lights" area of city - the only meaning of transport is a bus: so to come back late at night is only by taxi

The apartments were spacious and clean
Location was not good if you are on foot. Distance to Subway is not too great (10 min) but I wold not recomend for a girl to walk there alone at night.

The room was lovely - one of the nicest we have ever stayed in
The hotel was fine. The surrounding area was not so nice. Our children were upset seeing the prostitutes in some of the streets nearby as we drove in, but we understand there is not a lot you can do about it

We checked out some great concerts in the new landmark, enjoyed tasty food stalls, and were lucky to catch the fireworks over the lake. The place is clean, and the bus ride to the city is super quick. Don't miss boat tours from the Landungsbrücken!

The hotel is best described as bland and fine. The breakfast was a feast to sart the day but had to pay extra.
